I’m Alice Farrow – fashion print designer turned personal trainer.
After an 8-year career in fashion, post-pandemic my focus was very different. My training was my main motivation to keep my mindset in the best possible place. Having always been a strong fitness enthusiast I decided to turn my passion for fitness into my profession.
With my experience in both the fashion and fitness industries, I have always striven to help empower women to ensure they feel the most confident in themselves through their body and mindset.
My motivation is to help you reach your full potential with your fitness goals and body composition while making the training enjoyable and educational!
I specialise in exercise biomechanics and execution to help you to perform the best quality movements in order to maximise results and prevent injury. This includes: hypertrophy – muscle building and toning; strength & conditioning; functional fitness; and mobility movement.
